My biggest meal is dinner at 21-22h...and I still loose weight! If you're in your calories limit, you can eat whenever you want!!

I eat 1800cal... and I'm not hungry... That's enough for me... :smile: I'm just dissapointed..because I gain 2kilos.. and I eat good (chicken breast,vegetables,fish,cottage cheese,eggs (white), little olive oil,almonds)..exercise..but still gain...

I drink whey after PUMP...and my proteins are about 190g a day... + carbs (110,90,60 or 0g) + good fat = 1800cal I eat 5x a day + whey I don't count green vegetables as carbs..only calories...
