Yes. I realise now this doesn't work and is just a fad, I wish I never tried it but I did (silly worrying about my holiday) I've joined that group and i'm working on eating more to lose. I can never seem to get over 1100 when eating clean! I'm definitley taking the slow approach now.

Also to add, unless you have a strong mental attitude towards dieting then do not try this. It messed me up mentally so bad!

Yes, I done this diet as an expeirment. I would NEVER reccommend it as you put it back on as soon as you begin to eat a normal diet. Also the lack of energy I had was ridiculous, I barely spoke to anyone for the 7 days and luckily I wasn't working.

Thank you :smile: Usually on seperate days but sometimes I do 2 a day, like yesterday I was bored so did 2 and walked home which was like 5 miles. I will start adding oil to my foods when cooking as I don't usually do this. Ah this seems so much, it's so hard when you're trying to eat healthy sources and not junk.

I don't know too much about keto but I cut my carbs really low (under 30) and I expeirence all the keto symtons. If you're reducing down to 30 then refeeding with that high amount then it should defo work. I could not stick to it as I also ate low fat so was basically eating only protein.

Thanks Guys! I think I need to re-adjust my portion sizes as if I have nuts I would usually only have like 6/8 which does not add up too alot. At the time I always think my portion size is fairly big but when I look back it actually isn't/ I will also start cooking with oil as I do not usually do this.

I done a protein shake diet a few weeks ago and lost 7pound in a week. But it was hell so wanted to see if they're was any others. It did make me feel alot more comfortable though

Hmm mixed responses. I may try the flax for now as they're cheaper. I have only found milled flaxseed, are they as good as ground?

Morrocian oil works so good. I would add oil to your food (olive, coconut) as the good fats really help also nuts, fish etc. Mine has took months to start growing back, a high (in good fats) diet will help and lots of protein. It is MAINLY diet that affects it.

I was one of those who lost quickly and in a faddy sort of way. Now i'm worse off that what I started. If you want to be good later down the line then slower is better. :)

Yes, I think it's just this whole thing has left me doubting my idea of a healthy diet. I used to think things such as grains, fruit etc where good for you but since the whole 'low carb' thing, i'm sure. But I do know it doesn't work for me as it leads to binges.
