  • Smoothies - Make a large smoothie, you can drink half before work and take the rest in a thermo bottle and it will stay cold for a few hours. Add almond/nut milk, bananas, berries, a tsp of flaxseed oil even if you struggle for cals. Taking your meal with you in a thermo container is also useful.. just put your leftovers…
