It is a great workout..especially if you add in other things...and what a great way to watch tv instead of veg out. I didn't know they made human power generators for TV's! Thats a good idea..but too expensive. lol

I'll do knee lifts and squats during commercial then back to jogging..I am silly too..and the 2 year old I watch during the day loves joining me! I even got him into doing yoga:laugh:

Yes! We can do it! Every time I don't want to work out or when I want to eat something bad,I think 'and where has that gotten me?' lol I have a whole big list of reasons too and those usually out-weigh the thought of oh so yummy but bad food..hehe

I like to weigh myself every morning so I can see how what I did yesterday effects my weight. It can be a little frustrating but I find it gives me a better grasp on how I am doing each day.
