  • I got up and mowed the lawn.... We have about an acre of land going up hill for about half of the property! Took me an hour and 15 minutes! May I suggest mowing the lawn this Sunday to burn off some of those calories? I know I got quite the work out and I was working to a goal which I have found is easier then mindless…

  • Thanks all. It was just a rough day for me looking back. I wanted the satisfaction from eating that I wasn't getting in other areas. I want to change WHY I eat so I was mainly looking for help with the mental aspect of this. I get plenty of healthy fat from my foods and I never eat too far under or over the recommended…

  • I eat the recommended amount of fat a day so I don't know if I should add a bit more... I get my fat from peanut butter, salmon, and a bit of EVOO when I cook. I wonder if its mental over a need? :grumble:

  • I eat a ham egg and english muffin thing with my coffee! Keeps me freeing great until about 1145 then I have a yogurt / milk snack. I :heart: protein

  • Thanks! I will try more veggies and a small amount of meat. Its just hard when I am cooking and not eating the same as everyone else. I only drink milk water or coffee so I make sure to add those in. I don't want to eat tons of cals at night so I think that may be a good solution. Heres trying. :drinker:

  • I do blood and sometimes plasma since watching what I eat... its been fine. Just make sure you eat a few hours before you go. So make sure you have breakfast if its a morning appointment lunch if its a noonish thing or dinner if you are doing it in the evening. Also they like to see you have a snack there before you leave…
