Added. I feel like that when I am depressed. Sometimes our frame of mind is everything. Sending good vibes your way.... also I agree with doing one small thing today. Then again in 30 minutes. Then again tomorrow. Keep making progress no matter how small.

I think to myself would you rather have ONE bad day or a WEEK of bad days? Id rather try to work off one day of slip up then adding a weeks worth of weight gain to lose.

Make sure you are doing a proper warm up and cool down too so you can ease your body and blood flow into relaxing. Also make sure you are warming up and stretching well before going at it.

Depends... does your multi vitamin have calcium, iron etc? Personally I take one multi vitamin that includes calcium and iron.

My personal view is to forbid nothing but to train myself to eat in moderation and make better healthy choices. I get fajitas or make them at home so I know how much oil is going into the prep. Grab some weights (2lb 5lb etc) and bring them with you while you walk. I do my arm lifts while walking. :D Try the elliptical. I love them! :flowerforyou: Oh by the way.... WAY TO GO!!!! What a huge success so far!

I count 1/2 of the tea I drink. So if I drink 16oz I list that as me drinking 8oz of water. I get a tea in the morning then fill it with ice and water for the rest of the day. That way I get something other then water in the morning then all day long I know how much water I am drinking. In short: I count it as 1/2

I mix it up. I do 5 small meals a day for 2 weeks then switch to 3 meals a day for 2 weeks. It works well for me! :flowerforyou:

Have you tried water exorcises? Anything low impact that wont stress your back... the best person to ask is your PT. They can give you all kinds of ideas that wont hurt you further. :flowerforyou: Good luck and I hope you feel better soon!!!
