Three days off the wagon.
Just spent the last three days not really tracking and kind of eating what ever I wanted. I was aware of my portions just because I can't eat as much as I used to (thank god!) but I need some help getting back on the wagon.... :grumble:

I have found that I do really well with my calories all day long and then when I come to dinner I tend to eat more then I should. Any tips for avoiding a big dinner?
