:heart: I am 5.5lbs down in a week. I can not wait to get into the 230s! Hoping for 4lbs by next Sunday. LIFE IS SOOOOOO GOOD! :heart:

    Now every time you face temptation with a cookie, or cake (or whatever it may be) you can think back to how AWESOME you feel right now, and make the healthy choice!

    Hey congrats! I lost 5 lbs my first week - then a couple - then I gained back 4 and although discouraging it was my fault for poor choices. Working my way back down again and trying to be realistic about my goals and my health. It's supposed to be ideal to lose 2 lbs a week for the long term so it stays off and you don't yoyo. Good luck to you and everyone embarking on this adventure with us!!!
