From tying my shoes, to walking to class, to keeping up with my 10 month old nephew that just started walking, to carrying my stuff to my bedroom at my parents house. Everything in life is easier. Thanks! Good luck with your trainer as well! I know that my brother will push me. He has lost a lot of weight, and we have both struggled with weight our whole lives. Even on my "not-so-good/bad" days, I always log, no matter what! I have found that when I weigh, even though the scale might show more or the same, I still track that I weighed myself! Keeps me motivated! So do the wonderful people on here. I appreciate all of my support!
