I got one yesterday, Linked up fine (once I figured it out) you set the link up in MFP, got apps and link from there....then once you log your food, it should take over and add activity.... Im new too so just learning myself.....good luck with it...

Did anyone here about the salmonella scare in Cadburys a few yrs ago? It was obviously in the UK. Just wondered how far it spread. Free 500 calories for anyone knows how that happened. If you think additives are bad lol

They do this so they do not need to raise prices when food prices change. Unfortunately if you love chocolate or coffee you will see prices going up on coffee and smaller bars soon. The price of both commodities has doubled in the last 3 yrs.

Also when a product changes to all natural you can definitely taste a difference. If you had one of each and ate both you would tell a difference. But as you usually don't eat them all the time usually you do not notice the change. But working with it I do notice a big difference.

English chocolate is different from anywhere else due to the milk we add. Swiss and Belgian chocolate are make from mainly coco solids adding a little butter for fat. If you are logging correctly every day then you will have a pretty good idea what is in what. We all know a chicken salad will be better than bbq sticky ribs with chips. I work permanent nights. But I switch back at weekends to be like normal folk. Lol I have set my list up to log times of day to eat. So I know when I have eaten. Try to give me an idea of patterns etc. My diary is open feel free to look might give you ideas on how best to set yours up.

My goals are just to lose weight and get fitter. I am set to lose 2lbs a week. Started at 18 stone. 6 weeks in I have been as low as 17.7 once I am mostly around the 17.10 mark most days. I am averaging 1700 a day so should of added an extra 2 lbs on my goal. I went to 18.2 on sat. I am 17.11 today. Should be 14 lbs…
