  • Not true....you can lose weight without exercising......its all in the food you eat... Yes exercise helps, but it is possible to do it while not moving.......

  • This I work nights too, my meal times are 00:00 - 02:00 / 02:00 - 06:00 / 06:00 - 12:00 / 12:00 - 18:00 / 18:00 - 21:00 / 21:00 - 00:00 This fits my schedule well, and I just log my foods in the times I eat, I think its actually more accurate this way, as you see your meal patterns more....
