I moved out of my parents house (where I had a mother that cooked me healthy meals everyday) and started the college life and eventually got to the point where I was eating fast food at least once a day and sometimes twice a day.

It's really eye opening! I never thought of myself as "overweight". I think everyone on here is a 10+ no doubt. I have so much respect for anyone that can get their life on track and make a healthy lifestyle change. Keep up the hard work guys :)

Working out isn't easy and isn't fun for at least the first two weeks. It's not supposed to be easy or everyone would be doing it. Give yourself at least 2 weeks in the gym. Try walking on the treadmill at a very slight incline at around 3.3mph for maybe about 30 minutes everyday for a couple weeks. That's how I started…
