About 350 calories: I have Alpen, with whole milk, some turkey bacon on the side, and some green tea. No idea how much fibre. I honestly don't keep track. I do eat a lot of wholegrain, fruit and veg throughout the day so my fibre level is probably pretty high throughout.

I make sure to exercise but yeah I can't give it my usual gusto. My main reason for making sure is I tend to eat more than I normally would, because I have the will power of a five year old being offered sweets on my period.

I got an armband with a space for my phone and key. I only bring my phone for MapMyFitness. Before that I used to hold my phone in my hand, and put my keys in my sports bra. I do not recommend the second one! Little red scratches on my boobs for a while after my run/walk.
