In a years time from Jan 2013-Jan 2014 I went from 314 to 280 just by switching to Organic. Once a day I also drink herbal tea. I drink the 3 ballerina tea .
The food doesn't make you fat.The chemicals in the food does.
For 20 years I had massive acid reflux. Once I started doing Organic the acid reflux was gone. I still ate the same foods but not one bit of acid reflux while only eating Organic food.
Plus no exercising either.Just living life and eating right. on average I lose about a pound a day.

Sorry, but science does not support your claims. A calorie surplus causes weight gain, no matter what kind of food you are eating.0

So what you are saying is you can eat 10,000 calories a day as long as it's all organic you'll lose a pound a day. Yeah Right!0

I try to eat organic as much as possible. Not for weight loss, just a personal choice. I can honestly say that since changing there has been no major effect on my weight loss. Weight loss is simple calories in vs calories out. There are benefits to organic (like your acid reflux was maybe caused by a reaction to the pesticides) but weight loss is not one of them.0

of course you can't eat 10,000 calories and expect to lose weight. You still have to stick to your guidelines. But switching to Organic will just help You. I eat 1200 calories a day and have lost that weight. That may not work for everyone.
The science is there to back how much healthier Organic is compared to GMO and processed. Do the research.0 -
Go home, dude. You're drunk.0

Ummmm....no. And you do realize that your pound a day weight loss is going to slow down drastically at some point, right? When you have a ton of weight to lose, it can come off more quickly. As you get closer and closer to goal, it becomes a slower process.0 -

NO. No.
NO!
A pound a day for a year. This is why OP went from 314lbs on Jan 2013 to (51)lbs in January 2014.

Organic/non-organic has nothing to do with acid reflux... some herbal teas are known to make it worse, though.
Edit: I'll also add, everything is chemicals. Salt is a chemical, as is water. Fruit has plenty of them. I presume you mean the 'bad ones'? Can you name which ones those are, or is this just a blind fear of anything that isn't 'natural'?0
