I'm doing an at home exercise plan for half an hour a day (give or take), 6 days. It includes cardio, strength, body weight training.

Start now! Keep eating at a deficit and you'll still lose fat, but you'll also gain muscle! And more muscle is better for fat burning!

I am for the most part. I try to eat processed food as little as possible, but at the same time I don't deny myself treats once they fit in my calorie goal and a couple of treat meals.

If you do it as part of other exercises yes, if you're just doing that and nothing else, I don't think so.

Nothing is going to get you to lose weight that fast. Try Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred or Ripped in 30, eat well, and hope for the best. For cheap it would be really hard to get something that would do everything you want. I would save (if you can) and get a next generation of Fitbits or Jawbones that come out. The current ones have no HRMs but my Fitbit gives me a pretty accurate calorie burn.

Sometimes when you log an exercise that cancels out some the calories you earn from Fitbit. Lesson I learned a while back.

I did Ripped In 30 last year and I do it once a week with my other workouts (Mostly other Jillian ones). My advice would be just get your form correct and don't worry about finding it hard.
