My sister was visiting this weekend and I made delicious drinks with espresso vodka and unsweetened almond milk and some baileys... I think without the baileys it would be much healthier and almost as tasty!

I am getting married in June and have been at this mfp/weight loss thing for over a year now. I don't think you are eating enough, honestly! I am 5' 9" and 205 right now and my calorie limit is set to 1540. Try upping your calories a little bit (as crazy as it seems) and change your goal to 1 lb per week. And really try to drink more water!

Tried this this morning. I used a large egg and half tsp of splenda brown sugar. It was good.
