• I am 5' and 3/4 in....my goal weight is 102. Currently at 110 (on a good da) so 8 more pounds to go.
• For me... I did give up processed foods, dairy, and some breads...but I WILL NOT GIVE UP MY WINE!!!!!!! I love it, I fit it into my calories.
• Congrats!!!!! Great job. Keep up the good work!!
•
I'm gonna switch to Dawn dishwashing liquid. It says it "dissolves fat that is otherwise difficult to remove."
Stocks just went up on Dawn!!!
• Good for you! That's happened to me in the past...I would eat whatever and the scale would go down. See...It all works out in the end.
• Thanks Everyone:heart: :drinker:
• Thanks! Even though it is a huge let down, I would let myself down even more if I gave up!
• You look absolutely amazing!!!!! Keep up the great work.
• I was the same way. I went on vacation last month, although I stuck to my normal diet, with a few indulences, I went WAYYYYY overboard with the alcohol. When I got back, I did a strict 3 day cleanse and ate clean afterwards. I did have a set back when my mom passed 2 weeks ago, but back on track now. I will be going back…
• Same here. When the temperature rises, so does the amount of water I retain.
• Wine, wine and more wine.....The delicious nectar of the gods.....
• No loss is easy. I feel your pain. I lost my mom yesterday, on her birthday. My thoughts and prayers are with you. There's nothing you did to make this happen. Just take care of yourself, grieve the way you need to, and reach out for support. Much love and my God give you the strength to get through this. Hugs, hugs and…
• I am go glad that i found this post. I just weighed myself this morning and was up 1 pound from Saturday's weight. I only have 10 pounds to lose like a lot of you, and this does get frustrating. It is nice, however, to know that I am not the only one and that eventually those last 10 pounds will go away. I am grateful that…
• I totally agree. I weigh everyday and that helps me keep on track as well. Why fix it if it's not broken???
• Double bump I am finishing up my pre-reqs in order to get my degree in nutritional science.
• I find that the days following strength training I am hungrier the following morning but it subsides throughout the day. Probably because I eat all of my allotted calories before noon:blushing: If it's just regular aerobic exercise. My appetite is pretty much the regular.
• I can totally relate. My average day is about 10-12 hours long and I am also in school. I just sacrifice that 1 hour to workout every evening (except for Wednesdays, I have bible study). I know it's difficult, but I feel so much better and a sense of accomplishment when I am done.
• That information does help. I never thought of the amount of muscle I have been gaining will increase my BMR.
• I have switched it up. I do running on Saturdays (now with the elliptical following) I do weight training on Tuesdays and Fridays, Sunday I do yoga or pilates and Monday and thursdays Aerobics. All of these workouts are for an hour and I just don't have the time in my schedule to do more than that.
• The ones I ate came straight out of the bag. I am the keeper and the filler upper of the candy dish.

• We keep them in the office. I buy 2 huge bags about once every 3 weeks for approximately 6 months. This is the first time I've indulged. I usually just look at the other people who dip their hands in the candy dish and be totally satisfied with my healthy snacks. But today......just wasn't the day. At any rate. I have the…

• I will keep you all posted on my "break". Just found out that a co-worker of mine has P90X....and yes, she will be copying that as well as Insanity for me. When I get it, I will jump back on the bandwagon. Hope all is doing well.:flowerforyou:
• Hi Everyone: I trust that all are doing well. Just wanted to pop in and say that everything on my end is going well. I have been hitting the weights and workouts hard and I have chosen to give 'dieting' a break. I am not pigging out on chips, chocolate and other bad foods, I am just saying that I am going to relax for a…
• The exact same thing happened to me. I was so frustrated that I wanted to throw the scale as far as I possibly could. But.....I took a good long look at myself and noticed more muscle than I have had ever. My legs are much, much firmer and my back is well defined. My son even noticed a difference! So, I am no longer a…
• Good morning...I have been doing well with my workouts averaging an hour 6 times a week. The scale hasn't budged but I can tell a noticeable difference in my body and my clothes, for the most part fit the same. I am finally no longer stressing about the number on the scale..... I hope everyone else is doing well.
• What a beautiful, inspirational story...One day I hope to have one. Take care and God bless!
• Please forgive me for this question, but what is water fat?
• Hi. I would like to join. I have been using MFP for about 8-9 months and have gotten to my goal weight and am doing my best to maintain which has proven to be more of a challenge than losing. At any rate, I have crept up 3 pounds over my goal and have jumped back on the bandwagon. I had slacked off on exercising and…
• Wonderful achievement!!!! Keep up the good work.
