I love hearing this. Congratulations on reaching your goal.

That is absolutely wonderful. How great you must feel.

As for me, I have noticed that when I eat fruit with a little protein (like cottage cheese and a fresh nectarine) about 30-45 minutes before I work out, I have alot more endurance. Definitely stay away from heavy, high fat meals right before your exercise.

I must confess also, I too am addicted to the scale. I noticed that when I weigh everyday, It holds me accountable and like you said, it gauges my activities/menu for the day. When I stopped weighing everyday, the weight crept up and when I weigh everyday, my weight stays stable.

I wish. Only in my dreams:ohwell:

My stomach (besides the stretchmarks!). It is tight and toned. If I didn't have the stretchmarks from having two 8 lb boys, I would never cover it up:laugh:

Yep. First place to go for me and the bad thing was that I was already a 32A!!

I have a hard time getting in all of my calories also. I use nuts to try and fill the gaps but it doesn't help that much.

It's true that I may be more active outside of work, but since I am so anal, I bring ALL of my food to work including snacks and decline offers for anything else and only drink water while I am here. I use my 45 minute lunch break to take a 30 minute walk and then work out intensely in the evening. Thanks for all of your…

Hi there. The same thing happens to me more often than not. I will usually have a light snack or some nuts. I usually don't end up eating all of them, but I do try to get some in without the meal being to heavy. Hope this helps.

Good to know. for the first time after I ran yesterday, I noticed a tender area at the ball of my feet from friction that I never had before. Off to buy new socks!!!!

I was the exact same way. I reduced my carbs a little and kept working out. That helped me. My problem now is finding the right balance for my body to maintain. Good luck:flowerforyou:

Me too. I am in the maintanence phase now and it is proving to be a challenge. I still don't eat all of my calories. I have added nuts, protein powder and still fall short especially since I exercise all the time. So, come on.... I know some of you all have been maintaining. Please share your stories with us...

It is totally addictive. And if I am going to be addicted to something, it might as well be running. I absolutely love it and I can't wait for the next time I run (I run approx 3 times a week). It is such an invigorating feeling along with a sense of accomplishment for me.

I don't have the answer to your question but wanted to say "good job" on your achievement!!
