I was stuck at a plateau for weeks and I tried the low carb (not too low, 100-130 perday) and got immediate results. Hi. I went through the same thing. I was at the same weight for weeks even though I worked out harder, drank more water. I even went up a pound! I lowered my carbs (breads, pasta, pretzels) and upped my protein (lean meats, cottage cheese and low fat cheese) and the weight finally began to move. Good luck

I love it too!! The majority of the time I do Jillian Michael's no more trouble zones (it does kick your butt!) I do her boost metabolism (another butt kicker) and when I am crunched for time, I do her shred videos. I have also done others. Just recently, I tried cardioke which was so much fun.

I TOTALLY FEEL YOUR PAIN!!!!! But, we have to remember how the body likes to fluctuate daily, as frustrating as it may be. I still ask myself, "Why oh why??", but reality is that it's just water weight that we battle with and that we are living the healthy lifestyle and improving ourselves daily. MANY HUGS!!!!!!

But that will only put your daily cals at 1050. I thought that one shouldn't go below 1200. So, if you make 1200 for today you actually have 400 cals left. Hope this helps.
