Please go easy on those, Sweetie - That's quite a lot of sugar for you and your baby - each one is more than 25% of your sugar allocation for the day - and don't forget, that's the MAX sugar you should have in a day, not a total to aspire to.

I plan to lose 15 lbs. I had been down as low as 180 and was just really beginning to feel great - lots of energy and enthusiasm. Then, I just lost my momentum and put 23 lbs back on. So I'd really like to focus on getting back on track.
