  • Hi, I am also in the 1200 cal range, feel free to add me, or anyone else who would like to add me. I would love to have friends in that same range. I'm 5'3" and aiming to loose another 5-10 pounds, but mostly transforming the fat into lean muscle :-)
  • I am using 5 pounds, but for the exercise where we lift our arms up to eye level (in front) while bending our knees side-to-side, I have to change at some point and use the 3 pounds...this exercice kills my arms!! What are you using? Have a good workout!

  • Did you measure your waist? hips? etc? Maybe you are losing inches and not weight? (losing fat and gaining muscle) that may be it?

  • Well I finally did not quit ! And I am very happy and proud of that!! I've been doing Level 1 for 5 straight days now. I feel the difference already. It's still very hard, but I love doing it!

  • Current weight is 123lbs Goal weight: around 118. But I am more interested in getting toned and finding my abs than what the scale shows :-) !!!
