eating less makes me slow down and savour what i'm eating. or really savouring a treat and making it last so it seems like i'm having more of it. i still mindlessly eat everyonce in awhile though. bad habit!!

have you tried doing push up the "girly" way until you're stronger? i did that for a while bc i couldnt do push up properly and it helped alot! now i can do regulr push up (not alot but at least a handful in a row lol)

I've done that too...several times...in the last few weeks. Just add in little extra exercise to give yourself more calories for the rest of the day :smile:

I love chicken nuggets from McD's!!! I get a mighty kids meal with diet coke and dont eat all the fries. I like the apple slices too lol

eqq white are really low in calories and have lots of protein, you can make a scramble with them. also mission makes carb balance tortillas that have alot of fiber and they make a great quesadilla with a half ounce of cheese. i toast them in a pan dry (no added oil or anything) it makes for a nice filling snack for under…
