best HRM?

Hi!! I would really like a good quality HRM but I don't have a ton of money to spend on one. Any suggestions on which is the best one for the least amount of money? Thanks!!

I had a Polar HRM before and loved it! The battery eventually died and it had to be sent off to be replaced...total pain. Needless to say, a few years went by and I eventually tossed it. So dumb!
I'm wanting another one though so I look forward to reading the responses!0 -
Polar FT4's pretty reasonable, and has a user-replaceable battery:
