And i had just done a 12 hr overnight;) My mom did the leg day with me. She made it till right beforw the calf raises before she quit;) no weights but she is going to feel it tommorrow anyway.

We have one bench. Its attached to the boflex my neighbor was going to toss. I love that. We swap off who gets to use it at the moment. I need something for inclines when we are together though.

Ok i have lost all motivation these last few weeks. I need to kick my tush into gear today. Since i havent done h+c in weeks i believe i will just start body beast on april 1st with the rest of you. My hubby has been slacking too and that is the program he really wants to do. Im going to go browse BOD and see what to do…

Ok i have been lazy this week. Ive only done a few yoga days and a walk. I start week 5 of h&c today with total body chisel. I think i will do 5 days instead of 6 though and add in a yoga or stretch x day. My husband wants to do body beast next also. He actually wanted to do it first but i convinced him to do this one…
