  • Well the weather was so nice today that I went for a nice 5.74 mile run today after work! The sun was shining and the music was good and motivating. Hope everyone had a nice weekend!
  • I plan on getting my eating in check and continuing my training for a half marathon in the month of May. I am travelling a lot during this month so I need to be disciplined and gt my runs in wherever I am! I am going to use this group help me be accountable and see through till my ultimate weigh goal.

  • Day 20 (03/03) RESULTS * planned to run 7 miles but I underestimated the ice on the sidewalks and wore shorts instead of pants. End result 5.21 miles in 52:41 minutes PACE 10:07 Will make up the 2 miles tomorrow at the gym!
