I too am on the other end, I'm only 5 foot, but everyone thinks I'm naturally skinny because I am short. Everyone tells me, "oh you're lucky you get to eat whatever you want becuase you're so petite", but I'm "so petite" because I work my @$$ off to be this way.

When I was pregnant it was really hard for me to eat a lot because everything grossed me out. It was really hard for me to eat over 1200 calories, but for baby's sake I tried to eat more. I work out in the am before hubby goes to work. I get in a 45 min bootcamp class and am home before he leaves to work. It's nice becuase I don't have to worry about it for the rest of the day. As for lunch I usually do a turkey sandwich or a whole wheat wrap with whatever protein i have and veggies.
