Date: 8/6 Exercised?: Yes! Walked 2+ miles watched as the sun set through an approaching cloud front. Calories?: Yes, kept within cal count & all food tracked. Tracked?: Yes, had fewer meals today and came in under calories for the day. Weighed in and tracked.

Excited to be a part of this group! Working on eating three meals and snacks in between, even a tiny snack. Water also. Very hot summer so staying hydrated. Im a big water consumer ☺️

Hi, I’m new to Community groups on mfp. I look fwd to being here all month. I’m a 50somethingish woman with goal to gain strength and maintain a healthy weight. My gym opens up next week, yet foresee my workouts out of doors until further notice. Look fwd to learning from seasoned members☺️

I live in Edmonds! Am really focusing on consistency. Exercising more and seeing results in the last month! Psyched to make every day better!

Eating small intermittent meals has helped me with appetite control and concentrating on small meal size.

I use cucumbers with peppers and onions sliced all up and use light calorie dressing as marinade. Keeps for a week in fridge and is crunchy and satisfying treat!

Hi Ken, I have type 2 adult onset for about 3 years. I'm managing with diet & exercise. I joined MFP in May, but haven't been consistent until a month ago. My main goal is to lose weight. Yours is to gain weight and manage sugars at the same time. Ok!
