I usually try to save 500 or so cal. a day for my evening beer. :) I am a hunter, so in the wintertime, when everyone else is inside, I am outside walking and finding the query of the season. I really enjoy DDP Yoga, It is a type of yoga that with the aid of isometric/isokenetic movements builds your core strength, increases flexability, and really improves your life! What I really like about it, is the fact that during the exercices they remind you over and over, "if you need a break, take one!" "It's not…

see if any of your co-workers would be willing to start something with you. I have a couple buddies that weren't working out, but once i let them know that I wanted to, they were on board with it. Local help really helps hold yourself accountable. :) MFP is a great place for getting motivation, and advice though. Add me if…

I worked days all my life. When I finally got to pick when I get to work, I chose the night life! It is so much easier for me to stay awake all night than it is to wake up in the mornings.

it is nice to have them so handy, but with limited good internet, I usually have to suffer through 20 minutes of buffering while I am watching. thats why I want them on dvd or even better Blue Ray!

First off, and I am sure that I will not be the only one to tell you this, but you need to talk with your doctor about changing your diet and exercise routine. Second, eating healthier is really easier than you might think! especially with MFP!!! For the first week, be diligent about logging what you are currently eating.…

My name is Josh, and my wife calls me a social camillion, because I have moved so many times, and have changed who I hang out with and what music I listen to. I have something in common with just about everyone. But truth be known, I am a geek inside! My arch enemy is spelling. I can know that I spell something wrong, but…

I have watched the videos and have used some of the streaches for when my back hurt at my old job. It really helps! I went from having cronic back pain all the time to being virtually pain free unless I did something stupid. I just need to put all the streaches into action once my heart rate gets up there.
