i've had that same dream too! well...this morning i got my 'monthly friend" lol so i KNOW im not pregnant but hopefully that was what was giving me the bad dreams? i guess we'll see tonight. thanks for making me feel better though! always feels good to know im not the only one!

i know i started doing it! before i eat, i go log the food in to see if i'm going to go over my calories (and if i go over, how much do i need to work out that night lol)

when i did the recommended, it said i was supposed to eat somewhere around 1400+ calories...i bumped that down to 1200 calories a day and dropped 5lbs the first week (i know its mostly water weight but still felt good) so try lowering it a little bit?

eating whatever we wanted and not exercising got us all here in the first place! but it sounds like you need a day off! get a babysitter, park your a** on the couch in front of the tv, rent a bunch of your favorite movies or shows, and pig out! gotta reward yourself once in a while!

me too, i love smart ones and lean cuisines! i know im new to this site but last time i really was strict on a diet...i lost 17 lbs in 5 weeks and i ate them EVERY night. along with smart ones desserts.
