eat enough of your exercise calories to equal 1200 calories of intake for the day...when you go lower than 1200, you go into starvation mode...so anything over 1200 calories you dont need to eat

i get pain in that same spot your talking about...your hip joint...its kinda behind where your leg bone meets your hip bone....its called your piriformis muscle. i linked you to a website about it, and shows how to stretch it. i get spasms in it, which aggrivate my sciatic...so take care of it now before the pain starts…

can you try fitting a banana in a few times a week? very high in potassium, might help with the dizziness. also, potatoes are even higher in potassium than bananas. personally my favorite are perogies, which are low in calories w/ fat free sour cream and sliced potatoes outta the can w/ i cant believe its not butter spray…

that's too funny! i noticed i do that too! whenever i crave something, i tell myself to go work out and earn the extra calories so i can have it. by the time i get done, i feel so good i dont even want it anymore, and if i do, i earned it!
