How to Bust through Fatigue of a Tough Day?

Had a rough day today and missed my workout. Couldn't go to the gym because the kids were sick and the house needed a major cleaning. Spent all day doing that and at 9:30 pm felt like I was going to crash. Is it still worth it to push myself to workout that late, and what kind of workout could I do that wouldn't keep me up all night?

It sounds like you have done a workout already! If anything I think I would do some stretching-yoga like activity to unwind. Cleaning house is quite the exercise, and if you feel as though you need to go to sleep you probably should listen to your body. Have a good night, relax and take care of yourself and kids!:flowerforyou:0

i agree...just stretch...its relaxing, beneficial, and wont jack up your heartrate so you can't sleep0
