Yes I do. But only if I do it for more than an hour vigorously and not as my only exercise. Dusting is great but vacuuming, mopping, picking things up is the real workout!

I was using another app but found this one about 10 days ago. It is by far the best I have found and I love that you can also participate online. I've read it's not good to eat before bedtime. I usually have a little snack maybe a graham cracker or a hot chocolate (mix in a packet) about an hour or two before bedtime. I also go to bed around twelve. Tracy
