It was great the first few months and then I started cramping horribly and it got worse and worst..doc even checked it and at that point it was fine.. then one day... out it came

Tall, skinny-fit, and less body hair as possible. I hate body hair on men and women. Thankfully my Hub's fits the bill and has the same opinion on body hair lol. It just bothers me being much chunkier than he is, but maybe one day.. I so will have a hawt bod back.

It is frustarting to no end for me...because everything unhealthy is so much cheaper than whole foods. It seems liike it should be the other way around to promote a healthier lifestyle because I know I would eat alot healthier if some of it was more budget friendly.

About two years ago my doc actually ahd me only eat 1000 a day, but in your case I would eat a little over for a few days and see if that does the trick.. I used to have to do that one day a week and either the next day or the day after that I would drop two lbs. That's not saying you will..thats just how I used to be...…

Lovely! I feel that way but my other half always hated hearong me say thing about my weight and never used it against me... I tried dieting on and off..and finally I realized I had to fix me from the inside before I could ever be happy with the outside. So, thats what I started doing and it has not been easy but in teh end…
