I am happy and proud of myself for completing the 30ds! Pleased with my results too. I finished day 27 of the shred today. I found the excessive soreness stopped about day 3. Try to get through another workout. It will make your muscles less sore once you get them warmed up and working for you again!

I'm glad to have Day 25 done! I'm not liking level 3 much and have been putting off doing it until close to midnight lol. But I got it done this afternoon and so happy to be able to relax for the evening! I keep counting the days down.... only 5 more....I can do this! (I hope) haha

There are a few really great free running apps that you can get for your smart phone that will track you as you go via gps. They will give you distance, time, lap time etc and you can play a music set list through it with vocal coaching. I like Endomondo :)
