I saw a tweet last night stating we might see some "wonkiness" (their word...not mine) with Steps over the next 24-48 hours. Just so frustrating... bet if I signed up for Premium I wouldn't have this issue....... :neutral:

I have a Polar HRM and use the Wahoo app. It syncs very nicely with MFP and doesn't double up my FB workouts (I have a One). Maybe because I use the exercise mode when I use the HRM and it see the start times and exercise times are the same? Calories burned show up for both initially but then MFP makes the adjustment.

Pairs sound like a great idea! I'm 49, 161 and would like to be in the low 150's by christmas. My biggest challenge is getting to the gym. I'm a runner and prefer outdoors...by the time I get home its dark!!! I just need some help getting to the gym on a regular basis... anyone up for the challenge? lol

So far so good! Had to make an unplanned outing at lunch today but I stuck to my guns and didn't stop to pick up fast food... I came back and enjoyed the salad I packed. Yay!! Its the little things :)

Looking forward to this!! Thanks for getting it started.... Me: I am 5'7" and 164 lbs - up 4 from Turkey day.. :( Christmas goal: 155 Ultimate goal: 140 Goals~ Work out EVERY DAY. I alternate running / lifting Limited Alcohol - Parties only and then only 1-2 glasses of wine..... Back to healthy eating. Good luck !! :)

Yes, I have tried...with Splenda...BIG mistake. They flatten in the oven and become VEERRYYY chewy......:sad: Best to stick with sugar...

Almost every morning... 1 scoop vanilla Body Fortress, a little FF half and half and my coffee. I have a little handheld immersion blender that fits right into the bottom of the glass and whip it up! Sometimes I pour it over ice and sometimes I drink it hot. Both are D-E-L-I-S-H!!! :drinker:

I signed up for the local Turkey Trot to help with the calorie burn. Thankfully (hehe) we're not having it at my house this year so I won't have all the extra dishes to make (sample....) AND I won't have all the leftovers in my fridge.

I don't like it mushy and I usually use the instant as its quicker. I add less water/milk to it and throw in some walnuts, dried fruit, etc and stir and warm it up a little. I feel like I'm eating cookie dough...but its healthy AND filling. a win/win!! :tongue:
