I am experiencing it right now. I was told that your muscles keep burning fat while you are in a rest mode...not enough sleep will mess with your metabolism. Obviously, if we are tired...our workouts suffer or don't happen at all.

I mash them up and add a little fresh lemon juice and garlic powder. Then put it over steamed potatoes...so much better than butter and sour cream.

Feel free to add me. I just started on here today as well. Although, I did start my exercise program 5 days ago. I think the best advice I could give is what a friend told me..."Just keep moving"!!! Park at the end of the parking lot and walk...take the stairs instead of the elevator. Just keep moving!
