You've been going with him a year or so, you like most of the things about him. The only way you can motivate him is to keep motivating yourself. He should see how turned on you are from working out. He doen't have to go to a gym. He can start by eating right and maybe starting a running program.

I think if you REALLY want to lose weight, don't worry about what calories from breastfeeding you can claim. Do as much physical activity you can do to burn calories. Best of luck!! Basil

You have to eat LESS calories than you have been, eat at least 80 grams of protein a day and increase your activity. YOU have to encourage YOU. We can help, but motivation comes from within. 185 should be all the motivation you need. You have a pretty face and should take advantage of it

If you are eating the way you should nad excersizing, don't worry about it. Get off of the obsession to keep daily tabs on you weight. I bet your clothes fit you better!! The big thing is to run at your own pace! Don't get caught up in anyone elses pace. The big thing on your 1st Run is to just finish. On your future races you just try to better your previous time.
