Try to get sodium at 1500mg. Mostly that means avoiding fast foods since they are loaded with sodium. I also find most processed foods are too.. Like soups and frozen dinners although there are some that claim to be low sodium. The best for me is to do my own cooking and don't add salt Or only a minimum. I'm told fruits…

I think farmers feed corn to cows and pigs to fatten them up so I eat only a little in the summer because I can't resist fresh corn on the cob.

Could be over training. Cut back a little where it doesn't hurt. Then increase gradually. And talk to your doc.

that's 10 toalmost 12 8oz glasses per day. Sounds like a lot to me. 33 sounds low, but it depends on what else you're eating and drinking. Did your nutritionist say why she wants you to drink so much? Are you working out in hot weather? Sweating a lot?

I agree with the pilates suggestion.

I do pilates 2x/week. It's great for strengthening my core and I found that I was out of balance in other areas. That is, one leg stronger than the other.. Pilates seems to be "evening" me out.
