My doc cut my dose of cozaar from 50 mg to 25 mg and told me to monitor my bp, taking the measurements first thing in the morning then later in the day after I've taken meds. Just back from dr. My goal for August is to do 150 minutes of aerobic exercise per week, not counting walking the dog who seems to be getting as little slower on our walks. And to do 2 weight workouts a week at the gym using free weights and machines.

You could check out My Dash Diet. I'm using it to keep track of my fruits and veggies. It's not so great for total calories and the food look up is awkward but I mostly use the generic entry to count the number of f & v I eat. Seems I should be able to do this in my head. I aim for 4 fruits 4 veg/dAy.

I bought some kiseo tape for ankle weakness. You need to go to their website for demos on how to tape for various injuries. I noticed that plantar fasciitis was one of the many conditions listed. My ankle feels stable. It might help.

IMO my body is under stress trying to shake off the cold virus. I don't want to stress it more with a workout. I take my grandmas advice and pamper myself by staying tucked in at home, drinking tea and eating chicken soup. Then I ease back into my workout schedule when I feel better.

You can get tendonitis in the front of the foot. It's the anterior tibialis. I hurt mine when I increased the incline on the treadmill doing HIIT. See if flexing then pointing foot hurts - that was my symptom. Doc recommended rest and ice and compression . It helps
