I want to start doing some strength training. I am a wuss with no upper body strength. I am also broke. I have a set of 5-pound weights, and a set of 2-pound weights. I can hold them together to make 7 or 10 lbs.
Can someone suggest some moves and a number of sets/reps to start with? If you just give the name of the move, I can find instructions/videos/pictures. I just need to know what it's called.

Nerd Fitness has a nice home workout not involving buying a bunch of stuff.
Here is a summary of the workout:
•20 body weight squats
•10 push ups
•20 walking lunges
•10 dumbbell rows (using a gallon milk jug)
•15 second plank
•30 Jumping Jacks
