Thanks!!! I did take Zoloft for a few years for depression/anxiety, and other then making my mood fairly stable I didn't see any other differences. I pretty much taught myself how to cook because my mom doesn't like to cook and isn't good at it. I will admit however, it comes pretty natural to me and I enjoy it. ^^This. Everyone has bad days/meals. I do pretty well during the week but sometimes weekends are rough. I just move on and try to make better choices the next time.

Love this!! I'm 5'3" and I lost 30 pounds with MFP 5 years ago. Through a combination of letting myself go and being diagnosed hypothyroid, I gained all that back and then some. Trying to get back into the swing on things and get this weight back off. Please anyone feel free to add me :)
