I've searched high and low for butterscotch morsels without partially hydrogenated fat, but I have come to the conclusion that they do not exist! I eat an average of 55 grams of fiber (tons of fruits, veg, some unprocessed wheat germ and bran) a day and have no issues. Too much fiber can become an issue if you don't drink enough water. I've heard that excessive fiber intake (100+ grams) over a long time can prevent your body from absorbing some nutrients.

I was diagnosed in 2008 and had surgery and RAI. I lost the majority of my weight prior to my thyroid cancer diagnosis, but I did lose 30lbs. after my diagnosis.
