  • Well, imo unless you enter and compete in a sanctioned meet or competition...then no, u can't. U can say that you train powerlifting style training, but that's as far as it goes. But hey, that's just my opinion, feel free to call urself whatever u like, that's an individual's perogatative
  • Mandac433 I believe u can get just as much carryover fat loss wise from heavy high intensity training, and good diet...as you would from cardio work. If your feeling soft around the midsection, u probably need to tighten ur diet up.
