That's fantastic and certainly worth of celebrating! Congratulations!

I'm on Day 5 of 30DS and I don't get too terribly thirsty. I did Level 1 the first two days and then yesterday I did Level 2 in the AM and Level 3 in the PM. The only reason that I'm gulping water after is because I'm trying to make sure that I get all the water that I need each day. Now, when I do Jillian's 45 to 50 min…

Would love to be added to the challenge - thanks!

Great post - one I needed to read too! Sending a FR right now! :)

I had virtually the same experience as you over the holiday. I'm trying like crazy to not beat myself up and just stay on course. Feel free to friend me if you like and we can support each other over holidays (lol!) Anyway, you CAN do this! Just one day at a time...is it bad that some days I feel like it's one hour at a…

Ouch! If your shoulder is twinging a bit nothing wrong with doing regular high-knees instead of standing mt climbers - you're still working your bum off! Be careful - don't hurt yourself seriously! I started doing the standing mt climbers during the 3rd circuit and regular high-knees during the 6th. I found that doing them…

Bump for later

I've always read that MFP is too generous with calories lost when you enter exercise and so I log Jillian DVDs as "aerobics - general." When I do a DVD that's 55 minutes I'll only enter is as 45 minutes. I just ordered a HRM today and am looking forward to seeing how many calorie that indicates that I use.

AWESOME job! Woop! I *always* take a water break during the jumping jacks. I do the DVD in the basement and our ceiling is low low low. Everything else I can modify enough that I can still do the exercises. P.S. Do you hate circuit 6 as much as I??? (The jump squat, scissor kick, standing mt climber one)

Hi! Sending FR right now! I'm 32, log daily, and want to lose (ideally) 20 pounds but am trying to focus more on inches right now - hoping the pounds follow!

This - except I get done at 4:30. If I sit down when I get home from work that's me done for the day. I'll start supper immediately and if I didn't do my JM DVD before work I'll do it while everything cooks. If, however, I was successful in waking up early and working out, then I'll go around the house and pick up. We have…

Oh! That makes me so happy for you! If my hubs and I are ever 5 kids in I sure hope that he looks as me the same way as yours looks at you! Sorry to be sappy but that truly just made my day. Sounds like you guys have a great relationship!

Yep - literally the only person in my office building. Dedicated or idiot?

Bump - Yum!

Ha! I have Kashi Go Lean Crunch for breakfast about 5 days a week :) It completes me.
-
Yum!

Sounds great! Thanks for posting!
-
Hope so as I plan on using regular milk! Thanks - sounds great!

I'll jump on board! I started on Monday but hurt myself and so am taking a few days off - I'd be happy to start on Saturday instead. I'll FR you :-)

I <3 Banish Fat Boost Metabolism. I try to do it 5 days a week and then No More Trouble Zones the other 2. They both are killer! My thighs and bum are my problem area and I can see that they're tightening up a bit but not as fast as I would like. This week I've decided to add 30DS to my routine but ended up hurting my left…

I'll get frustrated with myself for a day or two but then I remember just how badly I want to be healthy and happy and that I deservie it; that generally gets me back on track. I don't set massive goals for myself b/c then I would be totally over-whelmed and right now am just focusing on losing 1 pound and 1 inch. Once…

Count me in!

Yum! That chicken salad sounds yum and super easy to make.

If there's room I'd like to join. (Only just saw this morning)

AND it was a success! I did NOT run out especially to buy Bugles and I DID do Day One of 30DS! Woop!

Oooo...I like that! ^

Crap and crap. No sympathy from me but a lot of compassion and empathy. I have never had cancer but my dad is currently battling lung cancer. There is very little that can change you as much as a cancer diagnosis. Any cancer diagnosis. While in the midst of this battle remember that you have hundreds, if not thousands, of…

Bump!

Can't wait to try!

NOT laughing - super impressed by the fact that you're getting out there and doing it. No matter WHO I see out there exercising and trying their hardest I am always so proud & impressed of them for doing.
