I used it for about 4 months. Started making me sick. My Gallbladder was starting to act up. I had lost 25lbs. I quit and the weight came right back. Just know you'll have to stay on it. Be careful and notice any changes in your system!

well my reasoning for taking it to begin with is because I am very much a sugar addict and I'm sure I've created havoc in my gut lol. So, I want to take Supplement to get me started fixing my mess!!

Yogurt is full of sugar. Sugar causes the bad bacteria to grow in your belly so sugar in the yogurt would cancel out the good stuff. They say you should be getting at least 10 strains and so many million a day so I'm just looking for a supplement.

Sounds like we are all three in the same boat only difference is i'm 5'7 and shooting for 100lbs!! I have bad hips and sometimes exercise isn't easy for me. but I'm learning to love myself enough to give up the food that got me to this point. Feel free to add me if you like!

Post yourself notes! Photos of your dream dress. No one can do this but you. I am on a mission to lose weight before my 25th wedding anniversary. You can do this, it's a mental game you are playing with yourself and you have to be strong enough to tell yourself how this is going to be done and do it! Good luck!

You do need to get out. I have a friend who after her spouse died she found it hard to be at home so she participated in a lot of Walmart Therapy. She hardly ever bought anything but she would just take her cart and walk around the store! Found plenty of people to chat with along her way!

Add friends and join groups and Find challenges that you can enter. Also LOG everything. That is a big motivator for me. I don't want to have to log something bad so I have to be good!! Feel free to add me I'm just getting back on the wagon myself!

I ask because I have a fused hip and the other hip is going bad from taking the stress for both. If it's on the outside, use some heat and ice and do a search online of good hip stretches. You maybe tightening up from not enough stretching. If however it's in your groin area or as I tell my husband My whoha is in pain!…

I do have one question. Does your hip bother you on the Outside or more around your groin area?

If you have a Knee issue it should get fixed. I'd say see a doctor!

Sounds like a plan. I have a lot of weight to lose I'm going to set a goal of 40 by Christmas!! If my doctor has his way I should be further along than that!! But 40 sounds good!

well I am so use to going to work eating a Sausage egg and cheese biscuit then at lunch they feed you a big meal with desert, then come home have a snack and dinner.I just didn't realize how many Calories I was eating. So, I've been trying to lay off sweets and avoid all those yummy fried foods lol!

According to my doctor you should Never Ever go below 1000 calories a day even on phentermine. I'd look for a new doctor!

Honey if that man loves you he's going to love everything about you. One thing I have learned is those of us who are obese normally don't love ourselves. So your first goal is to learn to love yourself because if you don't love yourself enough to care about your own health then it would be hard for anyone else!
