Hey I am in!!!! I need something to motivate me...Is that no weight at all!!!!! Or just no recording it?

For right now they are building me up to 1500 mg a day the first week I am starting with 1x a day, the 2x a day the next weeks and finally 3x a day...I am hoping that it will help with some weight loss...Not sure what is going to happen, but we will see

For me I need someone that is right there beside me egging me on!!! There has been so many times that I let my feelings get the best of me and just give in and eat the things that I shouldn't...This is the struggle that I have to fight everyday...I need to gain more discipline so I can get through this fight.

How many calories is that usually? Also what exactly is that HAHA
