Im 48. I have noticed with my in laws who are in there early and late 70's, they eat less (sometimes down right not enough), they also sleep alot less.

The only red numbers I care about are the Calories... I most always go over on sugar, I like sweet stuff, so eatting things like apples even will turn that red. Yes your choice of food is good. If you like Jelly, the sugar free is fine. As for it having ALOT of sugar. The only sugare it should have in it is what comes from the fruit the jelly is made of. Which is much better than regular jelly.

I tend to eat 5 - 6 meals a day. So my meals are usually around 250-300 calories. I eat alot of raw veggies and I love butternut squash, with a touch of splenda and pumpkin spice. mmmm

Commit to be fit. You need to log everything you eat. Do what ever exercise you can to MOVE. Walk, dance, sex, cook, clean.
