Started 30 Day Shred on October 10, 2011. I start Level 2 today. I have already noticed results in 10 days! 7 total inches - GONE and 2 pounds down! Jillian kicks my butt but I LOVE IT!

That's what I was about to say! Do what works for you! I have lost nearly 40 pounds and kept at it for a year now by doing the same thing. I may indulge every now and then, but rarely. I don't put too many limits on myself because when I feel deprived, I don't' stick to it! I have learned to LOVE the Fresco Menu! :)

Thanks! It must be the Zumba because that is all I am doing. It's nothing for me to burn 700-900 calories in one workout! I love it!
