I just added both of you ladies, thanks! I too am very good about keeping my food diary up to date. I always feel guilty right after eating something I shouldn't have.

I think having a partner to work out with or a site like this helps. It helps to hold me accountable for my actions, or my lack of actions! LOL!

I am against surgery unless it is the only option left. So many things can go wrong even if it is just a basic surgery that the doc has done a million times. You are doing a fantastic job on your own. With God, family, & friends on your side you can do this!

If you didn't do anything different then it has to be muscle. Remember muscle weighs more than fat. I don't worry to much about the scale and focus more on measurements. :smile:
