WHEN I START A WEIGHTLOSS PLAN I ALWAYS DO SO GREAT IN THE BEGINNING AND THEN WITHIN A COUPLE OF WEEKS IT SEEMS I LOSE ANY MOTIVATION I HAD AND BECOME LAZY WITH MY ROUTINE DOES ANYONE ELSE HAVE THIS PROBLEM IF SO HOW SO YOU GET BY IT!

    I think having a partner to work out with or a site like this helps. It helps to hold me accountable for my actions, or my lack of actions! LOL!
